Art Therapy:

Look closely at the picture below, It resembles the kaos of a anxious mind. Imagine Important pieces of our existence are entangled in this artwork. These hidden objects represent our feelings. It is a muddled, colourless mind, a mess of fears, memories, plans, goals, doubts. Our feelings and thoughts are entangled and strangled by endless tentacles causing confusion, hopelessness, despair.

Art therapy can help you calm the mind, Find the pieces of your picture that appeal to you and just colour those areas. Imagine each image to be part of yourself that you have lost, each area you colour and seperate from its background, Is a part of yourself you are untangling from those tentacles. Take your time, choose your colours and just try and enjoy untangling these images from the background.

There is no need to do anything more, just untangle those images and bring back some colour so they stand apart. This is a process of decluttering the mind.
